Packet Pick-Up
The bib mailing deadline is noon on Friday, August 23rd, 2024. Anyone who does not purchase bib mailing will need to attend Packet Pick-Up on Friday, September 27th or on Race Morning, September 28th.
- Location: The Southampton Intermediate School // 70 Leland Lane, Southampton, NY 11968
- Dates:
- Friday, September 27th: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM
- Saturday, September 28th (Race Morning): 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- Packet Pick-Up Parking:
- Friday: There is free parking at Southampton Intermediate School.
- Saturday:
- Parking is unavailable at Southampton Intermediate School on race morning. Please use a suggested lot and walk/take the shuttle to Southampton Intermediate School.
- If you purchased a parking pass and plan to pick up your bib on race morning, you will need to show the parking attendant the parking pass email you will receive during race week to be able to park in the paid lot at Southampton High.
Bib Mailing
The bib mailing add-on deadline is noon on Friday, August 23rd, 2024.
Please note only bibs and safety pins will be shipped. Participant swag will be available for pick-up after the race. Bib mailing is only available for shipping addresses within the U.S.

Bib Mailing FAQs
Bib Mailers DO NOT need to attend Packet Pick-Up unless:
- You changed your distance after the bib mailing deadline of noon on Friday, 8/23/24. In this case, you will need to visit the Solutions Table at Packet Pick-Up to receive a new bib for the correct distance.
- Your bib does not arrive in the mail. You will need to visit the Solutions Table at Packet Pick-Up to receive a new bib.
If neither of these instances apply to you, then you do not need to attend Packet Pick-Up, and you’re all set for race day!
In the mail, you will receive your bib and safety pins.
After the race, you will pick-up your participant shirt and finisher gift (finisher gift for full and half participants only).
