Packet Pickup

Date and Time:

Friday, May 10th

2pm – 7pm

Location:

Inside the Garden Room, located in the Upper Lobby of The Greenbrier Resort.

Parking:

Resort guests will park at the resort (via self-park or valet) and walk to the Garden Room for Packet Pickup.

For non-resort guests, shuttle parking is available at the Train Lot (315 W Main Street, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986).

What You’ll Receive:

At packet pickup, you will receive your race bib, safety pins, participant t-shirt, and finisher gift.

Spectator Brunch Tickets

If you purchased a brunch ticket for a spectator, you will need to pick it up at packet pickup. The spectator brunch ticket table will be located in the back right of the Garden Room, next to the Customer Service table.

All registered runners will receive the post-race brunch- you must show your bib.

Spectator brunch tickets are only needed for non-runners who will be joining after the race.

Packet Pickup Frequently Asked Questions

Will there be packet pickup on race morning?

No, there will not be packet pickup on race morning. Please make plans to attend packet pickup on Friday or have someone pick up your bib for you.

Can someone else pick up my bib for me?

Yes, someone else can pick up your race packet (bib, safety pins, shirt, and finisher gift) for you. They will need to provide a copy of your ID.

Will I be able to exchange my participant shirt for a different size during packet pickup?

At packet pick-up, you will receive the size shirt you selected at registration which will be printed on the back of your bib. If you would like to exchange your shirt size, you can do so AFTER the race based on the availability.
