PACKET PICK-UP

Friday, October 18th: 3 PM – 6:30 PM // Fleet Feet Durham at Southpoint // 6807 Fayetteville Rd #105, Durham, NC 27713

Saturday, October 19th: 10 AM – 3 PM // Fleet Feet Durham at Southpoint // 6807 Fayetteville Rd #105, Durham, NC 27713

Parking: Free parking will be available at the shopping center in which Fleet Feet is located.

If you have not reserved your spot for packet pick-up, please do so here! We use a reservation system to allow us to serve your more efficiently!

If you cannot attend packet pick-up, someone else can pick up for you. For verification purposes, the person picking up your bib will need a copy of your photo ID (a photo on your phone is sufficient).

PLEASE NOTE: Runners with bib mailing do NOT need to attend packet pick-up unless their bib did not arrive in time or they changed distance after noon on Friday, September 20th.

RACE DAY PARKING

There are two parking decks available within a 5-minute walk of the start/finish area for runners and spectators.

The best parking is available at:

  • ATC North Parking Deck: 305 West Pettigrew Street
  • ATC South Parking Deck: 705 Willard Street
  • Ride-Share/Drop-off Location: Please direct your drive to drop you off at the parking deck addresses above. Parking decks are less than a five minute walk to the start line.

DEADLINES

CHANGE DISTANCE: If you need to change your distance, you can do so using this form until 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 19th. If you changed your distance after 10/16, you will need to head straight to customer service at packet pick-up to have a bib for the correct distance created for you.

Runners with bib mailing, if you changed your distance after the bib mailing deadline of noon on Friday, 9/20, you will need to attend packet pick-up to receive a new bib.

DEFERRALS: The deferral deadline was Thursday, October 10th at 11:59 PM ET. Deferrals are no longer being accepted. No exceptions will be made.

  • Hydration station #2: Half Marathoners ONLY // Mile 6.5 // Gu available at this station for half marathoners!
  • Hydration station #3: Half Marathoners Mile 8.5 // 5 Milers Mile 4.2
  • Hydration station #4: Half Marathoners Miles 9.5 & 11 // Gu available at this station for half marathoners!
  • Hydration station #5: Half Marathoners Mile 12.75 // 5 Milers Mile 4.5

POST-RACE PARTY

After the race, meet up with friends and family and enjoy the Post-Race Party  in Diamond View Park, directly next to the finish line!

Interact with sponsors, grab a beer from the beer garden, and grab a coffee and crepe from Press, using the tear tags on your bib!

Runners will need to show their photo I.D. to receive a wristband for beer.

AWARDS

Overall award medals will be given to the top three male and female finishers for each distance based on gun time.

Age group award medals will be given to the top three male and female finishers for each distanced based on chip time. Please note: Age group medals will be MAILED approximately 2 weeks after the race. There will be no age group medal distribution on race day!

Overall award medals can be picked up at the Customer Service tent after the following times:

  • 5 Miler: 9:00 AM
  • Half-Marathon: 9:30 AM

Please note award times are subject to change based on the finalization and verification of results from the timing company.
