Saturday, October 16th: 9 AM – 5 PM at the American Tobacco Campus Down Under (map HERE). *Runners must reserve a 15 minute slot for Packet Pick-Up HERE.

Parking: Free parking will be available at the South Deck at American Tobacco Campus (705 Willard St, Durham, NC 27701).

**Please tell parking attendants that you are there for the Bull City Race Fest to ensure you receive free parking.

If you cannot attend Packet Pick-Up, someone else can pick up for you. They will need a copy of your photo I.D. or registration confirmation. A hard copy or photo on phone is fine for either verification form.

PLEASE NOTE: Runners with bib mailing do NOT need to attend Packet Pick-Up unless their bib did not arrive in time or they changed distance after the September 24 12 PM ET deadline.


There are two parking decks available within a 5-minute walk of the start/finish area for runners and spectators.

The best parking is available at:

  • ATC North Parking Deck: 305 West Pettigrew Street
  • ATC South Parking Deck: 705 Willard Street
  • Uber/Lyft/Drop-off Location: Please direct your Ubers / Lyfts / people dropping you off to the parking deck addresses above. Parking decks are less than a five minute walk to the start line.

There will be a baggage check area available in Runner’s Village across Aloft Hotel between Diamond Way and Vivian Street. The race is not responsible or liable for items placed in your bags and left at the bag check. Runners are encouraged to leave large items in their cars. Parking is conveniently located in close proximity to the finish line.

Bag Check will open at 6:30 AM and close at 11:30 AM. Any remaining bags will be taken to the American Tobacco Campus lost-and-found at the security desk located inside the ATC lobby.



  • Water station #1: On W Trinity Ave (Half Marathoners & 5 milers)
  • Water station #2: Aid station located at the corner of Englewood Ave. & Clarendon St. (Half Marathoners)
  • Water station #3: Aid station located at the corner of Yancey St. & Carroll St. (Half Marathoners & 5 Milers)
  • Water station #4: Aid station located at the corner of Bivins St, Chapel Hill Rd and Jersey Ave. (Half Marathoners)
  • Water station #5: Aid station located at the corner of Morehead Ave. and Vickers Ave. (Half Marathoners & 5 Milers)

Runners are strongly encouraged to bring their own hydration source on race morning as they run along the course to help avoid potential wait times and allow for social distancing at water stations.


After the race, meet up with friends and family and enjoy the Publix Post-Race Party and Food Truck Rodeo in Diamond View Park, directly next to the finish line!

Interact with sponsors, grab a beer from the beer garden, and get a bite to eat from one of the on-site food trucks! We are pleased to welcome Get Crackin’, Mr. A’s Beignets, and 454 Grill food trucks to the 2021 event.

Runners will need to show their photo I.D. at the beer truck to receive a wristband for beer.


Overall Awards are given to the top three finishers male and female in the Half Marathon and 5 Mile Run. Overall Awards will be announced over the speaker system.

Overall and age group awards can be picked up at the Customer Service tent after the
following times:
HALF MARATHON: Pick up at the Customer Service tent after 10 AM
5 MILE RUN: Pick up at the Customer Service tent after 9:30 AM
1 MILE RUN: There are no awards for the 1-Mile Run.

Overall award bouquets generously provided by Floral Dimensions.

Runners who do not pick up their awards at the finish line can pick theirs up at Fleet Feet (6807 Fayetteville Rd #105, Durham, NC 27713) following the event. Runners must go in-store to pick up these awards, as no awards will be mailed.


CHANGE DISTANCE: The last day to change your distance online is 24 hours before the race. Runners with bib mailing: the deadline to change your distance and have it reflected on your mailed bib was September 24 at 12 PM ET. You can still change your distance after the deadline, but MUST attend Packet Pick-Up on Saturday, October 16 if you do so.

DEFERRALS: The deferral deadline was September 24 at 12 PM ET. Deferrals are no longer being accepted. No exceptions will be made!


There will be no results tent at the finish line. Runners will receive a text message with a link to their individual results upon crossing the finish line.

Runners can also check results at BullCityRaceFest.com/results-photos.

Professional photographers will be along the course as well as at the start/finish area to take pictures of every runner throughout the race. A link to purchase and view photos will be emailed to you from our photographer within 7-10 days of the race.
