Packet Pickup
- Location: GFWC Woman’s Club of Fernandina Beach | 201 Jean LaFitte Blvd, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034

- Friday, October 11, 2024 | 4PM – 8 PM
- Saturday, October 12, 2024 | 10 AM – 4 PM
- Reservation System: To allow us to better serve you and reduce your wait time, we use a reservation system for packet pickup. Each slot is one hour long.
- Please choose a slot that works best for you and attend packet pickup during that slot.
- You do not have to arrive at the beginning of your time slot. We ask you to arrive during that one hour window.
- If you’re picking up bibs for multiple people, you only need to reserve one spot.
There will not be packet pickup on Sunday, October 13 (race morning), so please plan accordingly!
You can have someone else pick up your race bib for you. They will need a copy of your ID (a photo is sufficient).
Bib Mailing
Bib mailing is closed. Bibs were mailed to participants who selected bib mailing on 9/27/24. Please be on the lookout for your bib to arrive in the mail in a manilla envelope from Start 2 Finish, the timing company.
Check out the bib mailing option, which allows you to have your bib shipped directly to you approximately 7-10 days before the race.
Please note only bibs and safety pins will be shipped. Participant swag will be available for pick-up after the race. Bib mailing is only available for shipping addresses within the U.S.
The bib mailing deadline is Friday, September 20, 2024.
