Have Questions? Check below for answers.

Can I receive a refund instead of race credit?

No, our refund policy still stands.

Why can't I get a refund?

Your entry fee supports the costs associated with producing the race. Those costs are incurred over the weeks and months leading up to the race. In other words, we’ve spent your money on all of the things that go into producing the 2020 Tar Heel 10 Miler, including your shirts and medals that you will still be able to receive at future date and location. That being said, we cannot refund you money that has already been spent.

Don't you have to refund my fee since the race isn't taking place?

No, when all runners registered, each individual acknowledged and agreed to the following:

“Fee Refunds: I understand that all fees and associated costs (including optional product purchases, spectator tickets, and donations), paid in registration for this Event are not refundable for any reason under any circumstances, including but not limited to injury, a scheduling conflict, and/or event cancellation.”

How is race credit different from a refund?

Race credit is connected to your email address that was used when you registered. This credit can be used towards any of our races within our portfolio.

Will you mail out shirts and medals?

We will not mail out shirts or medals. We will host a packet pick-up at a future date and location. Friends or family can pick-up your shirt and medal for you on the future date and location.
