The change distance form will be open until 24 hours prior to race day. If you would like to change your distance after that, you will need to visit the customer service table at Packet Pick-Up.
Bib Mailers must change distance prior to 12:00 PM on Friday, December 16 in order to see the change reflected on their bib. Changing your distance after this date will require you to pick up the appropriate bib at Packet Pick-Up.
The deadline to defer your registration for race credit is 12:00pm on Wednesday, January 4, 2023.

Gear check vehicles will be organized by bib number and will be available for for gear drop off race morning near the starting line. The vehicles will transport runner gear to the finish line festival for pick-up after the race.
Is there race day packet pick-up?

Where can I find my results?
My results were wrong, how do I get them corrected?
If your results are not displaying properly, we will get it fixed and updated as quickly as possible.
Why does my GPS say the course was off?
Race courses are measured along a well-defined path called the “SPR”—the Shortest Possible Route that a runner can possibly run. Most runners don’t actually run the SPR, so the distance recorded by their GPS device will usually be longer than the certified length of the course, even though the course was properly measured along the SPR according to USATF rules.
How do I get my photos / where do I get my photos after the race?
How are awards determined?
Awards will not be given out for the Youth Run.
Winners must be present to receive their prize; awards will not be mailed out.
What are the age groups for age group awards?
19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & over
