Guaranteed Refunds

The health and well-being of our runners has always been a top priority of ours. We want you to feel confident in your registration, no matter what. And what better way to ensure your confidence than to offer you a refund?

We’re proud to now offer guaranteed refunds to all of our 2022 participants.

Can’t make the race? An emergency popped up last minute? Or, you couldn’t find the perfect costume? No worries! You can request a refund for any reason without restrictions up to February 14, 2022. After that your registration will be fully refundable only in the event the race is forced to cancel due to COVID-19. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (i.e. race credit or credit card).

You’ll also be able to defer your registration for race credit before the February 14th deadline. We’ll have both the refund request and deferral forms available by December 1.

When will I be able to request a refund?

The form will be live by December 1.

How long does it take for my refund to process?

Once you complete the Refund Request Form (opening Dec. 1) you’re refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

I registered with race credit, will I get a refund?

All refunds will be processed back into the original payment method used. If you registered with race credit and request a refund you will receive that race credit back.

We are unable to process race credit into a different payment method.
